- these chemicals can also lower
- the antibody activity that
- protects us against tumors and
- foreign invaders. Feeling we
- are in charge of our lives, can
- stop stress chemicals from
- climbing to destructive
- heights. Being open to change

- involvement can strengthen our
- immunity.
